We do not accept subsidy or cosigners. -First month's rent + $750 security deposit due at lease signing. -Monthly income must be 3x rent amount. -Must be employed at current job for 12+ months and have no previous evictions in past 5 years. -Application is a $50 non-refundable fee, credit/debit card only. -We perform full criminal, credit and rental history checks, with previous landlord & employer references. -Maximum occupancy = 2 people. -2 Cats OK with $200 non-refundable pet fee + $25/mo rent per cat.
