New Orleans art on walls hand-painted & created by artists and friends from Louisiana and Mississippi. Lighting options all throughout studio, most dimmable. WIFI & TECH: Strong fiber-optic wifi. TV is not smart, so all tenants use a firestick to access their content, which works really well. Studio also has a stereo system. Wall speakers face into the studio, with optional speakers facing outdoors to your big outdoor private party garden space :) EXTERIOR: Studio is behind the main house in a very private, quaint, quiet setting. Your own private gate and large fenced yard with trees, plants, seating, speakers, doggie hose, wooden latch gate, etc. NEIGHBORHOOD & TRANSPO: Highland Terrace neighborhood in central Oakland is across the bay from San Francisco, a few blocks from two major freeways that traverse the Bay Area (Hwys 580 & 880). Bus line one block from studio connects to BART and Amtrak. Bicycle lanes throughout area. A few blocks walk to Xochi Cafe and Philomena Pizza. Super great and fun neighbors all over the place!
