The 3 and 4 bus lines are one half block from the residence and Queen Anne Avenue is an easy six block walk. The suite has been professionally decorated throughout with custom furniture, built-in cabinetry, hand woven oriental carpets and Italian tile. Separate bedroom, living room, laundry facility and bathroom. Tenant provides their own queen bed size sheets, pillows and duvet.Big screen TV with surround sound and basic cable, wi-fi included and utilities. Efficiency kitchen is well equipped. Bathroom has tub and shower. Shared laundry facility is on site on this level. We are looking for single occupancy only and a tenant who can respect the fine amenities and attention to detail provided and values a quiet environment.Single occupancy only.
