Exterior Features:The property has good curb appeal and a nice chained linked fence in the front, side and back. Nice size back yard, close to shopping and in a well established neighborhood.Home appears to have been divided into a duplex of sorts, although the conversion needs some finish out. Interior Features:Each side of the property is a one bedroom one bath with a living room and kitchen. The property has foundation settling issues in the back and on the side. Old wall paper is peeling from what looks like cedar boards underneath. There is carpeting in several of the rooms and old fireplaces which are not working but nice show pieces. No central heat and air. Hot water heaters and gas lines appear to be updated. This would be a good property to remodel and rent out as a 1/1 for each side, or live in one side and rent out the other.
