Looking for a subletter for an adorable house on the east side (right around the corner from Launderette!). We are willing to sublease the house furnished or not furnished. Hoping for March 15 - July 31st but would also consider April 1 - July 31st. You'd have the option to extend after July 31st. The main house is a one bedroom, one bath bungalow - super fun and colorful, gets great light. There's a great bike rack on the front porch and it has one parking spot in the driveway (can also park on the street without a permit, though). There's an adorable backyard and in the backyard there is a detached office/guest bedroom (desk that pulls down into a queen murphy bed) with a full bathroom! This place is great for a single person who like to entertain and is craving a walkable neighborhood or a couple who appreciates well designed, efficient spaces. My partner and I (and our pup!) absolutely love it here. We are closing on another house in the neighborhood, so we're excited to move in there, but truly are sad to leave this spot early. We're two blocks from the trails on the lake and just a few blocks from Cesar Chavez. The street is amazing - we know (and can introduce you to) all of our neighbors - its a really nice community. Not pictured, but in the closet is a full sized washer and dryer! Shoot me a message if you're interested! Rent for this sublet is $3100 per month, paid to me. Utilities will be billed separately based on usage. The apartment is set up with Google Fiber (~$50), there is a pest control service every other month (which you can keep or cancel). Electic/gas ranges from $80-$150 (based on how much you use the a/c and/or heat). Sublease can start as early as March 15 or as late as April 1. The sublease ends July 31st, but you will have the option to extend with the landlord. The landlord is incredible - we've become great friends. She is responsive and super easy to work with!
