There is a washer dryer in the basement. I will entertain pets with no monthly pet fee. The second bedroom is a nice room with a window and closet but it is small. Maybe better suited for an office, a kids room or someone who is okay with a small room. The house is ready immediately but I'm okay with waiting for the right tenant leaving their current lease.
