Mayfield itself is quiet and home to both older generations and younger families, many of whom have lived here for generations. There are occasional neighborhood social events and the community is extremely welcoming. Kitchen has all-new appliances and induction stove. Laundry in basement. Pets possible on case-to-case basis but not preferred. 1-year lease preferred, negotiable for the right housemate. No smoking of any kind indoors. Utilities split 50/50 and average ~ $230/person. Cleaning and day-to-day upkeep of the space is the equal responsibility of all housemates; I will take responsibility for all home & seasonal maintenance.
