Therefore, reasonable AC use/EV charging should not result in a bill above $250, but if it does, guests will be charged for the additional usage. **Well-behaved and house broken dogs are welcome, up to 2 dogs with an additional pet fee ($200 for 1, $300 for 2). Unfortunately, we cannot host cats. Please disclose if you have a pet or service animal ahead of your stay. Other things to note For the safety of our home and our guests, there is a doorbell camera & driveway camera that record video and audio footage. Our backyard neighbor has a small chicken coop. City regulations do not allow them to roam free or to exceed the noise ordinance, but you may occasionally hear the them throughout your stay. Month to month lease with a minimum of a 30 day stay.
