This neighborhood has a community organization with yearly dues, which are reasonable. There is a clubhouse with a pool and a so-called beach/picnic/marina area. This is really just a lot with a picnic table or 2 on the waterfront of Miller Bay. There is no beach and there is not a dock/boatlaunch or anything resembling a marina. The clubhouse is kept in good condition and the pool is usually busy in the summer with moms and children mainly.
