We will be at the house and showing it as follows: 3/17 Saturday: 11:30 am to 1 pm. 3/18 Sunday: 11:30 am to 1 pm. 3/19 Monday 3/23 Friday 11:30 to 1 pm. To qualify to rent the house, the renter must have verifiable income of $5,000 per month combined income and some good credit. If the renter has a bankruptcy or eviction, we may need additional information. There is a $30 per adult credit fee and a deposit of $1970 on this 1 year lease.
