    This home has real potential for added equity in the short term. This will likely need to be a cash buyer due to home need repairs. Three-bedroom home, currently one bathroom. Relatively updated. Refrigerator and washer/dryer to remain. This place has covered porches on both the front and rear, as well as a fireplace, completely fenced backyard, storage building, and also a detached storage building w/window unit. Seller engaged a solar panel company for solar panels, the installation was subcontracted out to a third party; apparently not all of the mounting bolts were caulked correctly, and water intrusion occurred. Seller has continued to occupy the residence but is now moving out of state. Solar panels are NOT included in this list price but could easily be purchased separately. Buyer to complete their due diligence, but seller believes new insulation, a new roof and new roof decking will likely be required at a minimum.
