My interior may be a little dated but I've been well cared for. My current owner gave me a new furnace, ac & water heater in 2005, replaced many of my windows & front entry door & put quality Shaw carpeting in many of my rooms. I have a walk-in master shower w/grab bars, hardwood flooring in my large kitchen w/island & oak cabinets. I also have a very nice sized 2.5+ car heated attached garage w/great built in storage shelves & pull down attic entrance. You'll enjoy my screened in porch & fenced back yard w/storage shed. I've got a wonderful location just a few blocks from the mall too!
