1 bedroom available to rent in 3bed/2bath home. I live in the home and have the upstairs bedroom/bathroom, and I use one of the downstairs bedrooms as an office. So, I am looking for one roommate to fill the third bedroom. I don't care about age/gender so much as I care about cleanliness. Also, I have one cat and would prefer a roommate without pets since mine does not love other cats/dogs. Finally, these are the old professional pics taken by the previous owners. The living room and kitchen now come fully furnished + I am removing all carpet and replacing it with hard floors. I have also installed solar panels (lower TEP bills) and a water softener. I would be happy to give a tour to potential roommates before you make a decision about moving in. Owner and renter split all utilities 50/50. Lease term is extremely flexible: month-by-month, six-month, or year-long terms can all be considered. Small security deposit of $400 just to cover my own butt. I am a regular person, not a company or a landlord doing this for profit, and just want to find a roommate.
