I recommend this unit for 1 person because its only 1 bedroom and limited closet space. There is another room with a closet that could be used for an office or storage. I prefer 1 person and they will get first tours. This is a nice lower level apartment in the front part of the building with 8' ceilings that gets good morning sunshine. Its a good location in west Pilsen because its centrally located and easy access to public transportation. Walking distant to local businesses and the nearest laundry mat is less than 1/4 block and several more just a few blocks away. The one bonus that I'm sure can make a different in your budget is that heating/ cooking gas will be included in your monthly rent. If you drive the street parking is open, no parking permit is required. Please don't request tours if more than 2 persons. Thank you. A cat is allowed and maybe a small dog. Landlord pays heating/cooking ,water, and garbage. Tenant pays for monthly rent and light. No move in fee, but 1st month rent and deposit equal to monthly rent. No smoking in unit. Required a 1 year lease . Cats are allowed, maybe small dog.
