THE NEIGHBORHOOD These apartments are located in The Shaw Neighborhood which is one of the best and safest neighborhoods in all of St. Louis. In addition to being next door to the Missouri Botanical Garden and Tower Grove Park, you will be just minutes (literally) from Downtown St. Louis, The Central West End, The Grove, St. Louis Ballpark Village, the St. Louis Cardinal Baseball Stadium, St. Louis University, Washington University, The Cortex, St. Louis City Zoo, Washington University Hospital, St. Louis University Hospital, not to mention Shaw's very own boutique restaurants, ice cream parlor, coffee shop, and retail spaces. MISCELLANEOUS There is off-street parking. There's some storage space in the basement but not much. The gas, electric, cable (optional) and internet (optional) are on you.
