A great one bedroom apartment right in the heart of downtown! Walking distance to so much. I'm moving in with my boyfriend otherwise I would definitely stay on here. I love being just a couple blocks from campus! But it would also be great for a professional who wants to live downtown. Available August 9th. Technically a sublet, but you will fill out an application (at http www.hpmic.com/pages/rental-application) and sign a lease with the property management company per normal. Utilities included except for electric and gas, which has run me $19/month using budget billing, though actually I am currently overpaid with them, so it's less than $19/month on average. Tenant pays for gas and electric. All other utilities paid by property management company.
