Older mobile with 2 permitted additions. In 2015 the first addition was built onto the front, which opened up the living room to a much more usable space. This addition became the new entrance and living room measuring 10x15. The second addition was built in 2016 coming of the back door leading into a huge 3rd bedroom measuring 10x25. The power has been installed but it still needs the light fixture. It’s already been drywalled and taped for smooth wall ready for primer and paint. It need flooring installed. Right now it’s just plywood. We used bull nose around doorways and windows. There are 3 good sized energy efficient windows which provide good lighting. New back door leading onto a small back deck to beautiful back yard. The yard is nicely landscaped with a trees. Not to mention a red apple tree and green a pear tree and a cherry tree. 200 yards from the boat launch and swimming.
