Convenient one level living, but there is a great basement perfect for storage and/or storms. The kitchen and bathroom will be completely remodeled. The kitchen will have stainless steel appliances, including a new dishwasher. Additional cabinets and a pantry are being added. We take care of the lawn maintenance, tenant is responsible for all utilities. No cats please due to owner's allergies and owner does the majority of the maintenance.
