This is a solidly built Cape Cod brick home with a cedar shake roof. I am only the third owner in this home's 77 year history. This house in on the Mullet River, very close to the Plymouth Ice Skating Hut. A beautiful site, especially in the fall. The yard is flat all around the house, but there is a drop off to the River. I was never able to update this home as I wanted to, so it is in need of updating and some TLC. A great project for the handy person.
