We are looking for a tenant to lease the bottom floor of our home month to month or a year its up to you. Two bedrooms and a bathroom have all been remodeled/refreshed the front bedroom has been turned into a kitchenette/TV/Living room. There is a second bedroom that has a bathroom attached. The laundry room is downstairs as well as the garage - otherwise we are always upstairs. We do enter and leave through the garage. We have successfully rented out this space for 16 years to one person so we are very considerate of the tenants. It feels and lives like two separate dwellings although we do share a front door. Super nice quiet street, walking distance to Redondo Beach and the Pier a quick drive or bike ride to the Riviera Village, lots of shops and restaurants.
