This is a gem. 5 Minutes to UVa, located in Fry Springs around home owners. The house is bright and clean, very comfortable for a couple. Two good sized bedrooms, one with a private bath, with a hallway connecting the bedrooms and second bath to a large living room that opens to a kitchen/dining area with closet space and lots of cabinets. Huge back yard, with no neighbors adjoining, very private. My wife and I have lived here for 3 years, and would like to continue, but we need a bigger place for an in-law we are taking in, so we have to move. Come take a look! This has been the perfect place for us working at UVa. We have been very happy here. No dogs, sorry! Sublet period June 3 to July 31. On July 31 tenant has the option to renew the lease with landlord for 12 months. Landlord lives in Chicago, so I am acting as her agent. Great landlord, very honest and easy to work with.
