I'm seeking to rent a walk-out lower level of my condo to a single woman. The space is large, has 10' ceilings, plenty of windows, a bedroom with a king sized bed, walk-in closet, and furniture in the entire space. There is a private full bath and a large general area with a couch, another bed (queen size), plenty of space to work and watch tv, etc. There is a back entrance on this level or enter from the main level. You can share an enclosed garage if you have a small to mid-sized car, a laundry room, a 2nd fridge, all the furniture, cookware and appliances, and all utilities (including wifi) are included in the price. You would need to be on my lease through October, go through a background check and be a non-smoker, without pets. Lease renewal is possible depending upon the agreement of both you and I. I live on the main level and work from home. I am fairly private and self-contained but also friendly and helpful. This home is in a safe, and highly desirable area. We have lots of grocery and other stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc. and are near Creve Coeur Lake and parks. We are close to the airport and to major highways but the home is situated in a quiet location with common ground behind us where deer and rabbits are seen almost daily. This person must agree to be on the current lease through October and go through a background and credit check. I've lived here 13 years and love it! Renewal is optional if agreed upon by both of us. You need bring nothing in terms of furniture or appliances, pots, pans, etc. You must not have pets or be a smoker. I ask for reasonable consideration regarding noise (no loud TV at night for example), and that we both quickly clean up our own messes in kitchen, dining area, garage, laundry room (any common areas). This is a wonderful place!
