Most importantly, we have enjoyed living here. It works well for single professionals and young professional couples alike. (I would say that young professionals comprise the majority of the residents in the complex, including some of the Cleveland Cavaliers and Browns who live in the building.) It's fun to come home and walk downtown to eat or shop or to watch the fireworks over Progressive Field (the baseball stadium) from the dinner table. $100 discount for Cleveland Clinic medical professionals! Owner pays trash, sewer and water. Tenant is responsible for gas and electric.
