    Our condomium unit in Stonebridge Towers (http I custom-designed the condominium as it was being built in late 2005. For the uninitiated, Stonebridge units are luxury suites built alongside the Superior Viaduct with immediate access to Downtown Cleveland and the restaurant scene, the Westside Market, and the lakeway. Our specific suite is on the 9th floor of the south face of the 11-floor building; thus, we have a view of the skyline and the lighted bridges. We also have... - 1075 square feet - 2 bedroom/ 2 bath - stainless steel kitchen appliances, including a stainless steel GE French door style refrigerator with bottom drawer freezer we just bought - granite island countertops - granite tile in the kitchen, bath, and foyer (which we just installed) - Amish-built cabinetry - upgraded carpeting in the living room - floor to ceiling windows - an installed washer and dryer - a furnace and air conditioning - 24/7 fitness center - video security monitoring system around and inside the building; security guard in the front office after hours and weekends - a covered personal carport - walking distance to bus line - restaurant on-site (Luca Italian Cuisine) - grilling and patio area behind the building - Dry cleaning pick-up/drop-off service - Walkable distance to downtown restaurants, Progressive Fields and the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse!! Most importantly, we have enjoyed living here. It works well for single professionals and young professional couples alike. (I would say that young professionals comprise the majority of the residents in the complex, including some of the Cleveland Cavaliers and Browns who live in the building.) It's fun to come home and walk downtown to eat or shop or to watch the fireworks over Progressive Field (the baseball stadium) from the dinner table. $100 discount for Cleveland Clinic medical professionals! Owner pays trash, sewer and water. Tenant is responsible for gas and electric.
