House can come equipped with all the usual necessities like coffee makers, kettle, toaster, blender, a mini food processor, hand blender, and other useful gadgets. Laundry room and half bath adjoin the kitchen for convenience. The dining table seats 5 for daily use and will extend to seat 8. The lounge area includes a large comfortable leather sectional sofa and ottoman - lounges 8. The TV is a smart setup with Roku providing Netflix, Amazon Prime TV/Movies, Pandora, YouTube, NBC sports, most major news channels and more. Out back is the relaxing deck with seating for 4.
