This House only needs one roommate to replace another at the end of said roommates lease. 4 bedrooms for 4 people = $1600 per month base pay (not including utilities) 4 bedrooms and 3 are filled for the June 1, 2017-May 31, 2018 lease, need one more by May 31, 2018 (preferably ASAP) -Great location for OSU campus (10-15 minute walk) -Pet friendly -Very big and open Kitchen, great sized living room combined with Dining area. Backyard is very big, there is a back patio that is covered and is screened around it. Very nice to sit outside on a rainy day and relax. And last but not least, there is a HUGE white board in the living room/dining area. -Washer, Dryer, and Dishwasher provided -House was built in the 50 s and it s a very roomy, comfy home. -Roommates are very humble, somewhat outgoing, they will generally keep to themselves, not loud or obnoxious, great people to be around. -If you have more questions about anything regarding the house, please call or text 9182693961, you will be communicating with Josh.
