The unit comes with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, as well as access to a washer/dryer on the property. The property is a 3 acre piece of private property with plenty of trees and open space for tenants to enjoy. We are located only a few minutes from the lake and easy access to 306. For the privacy and security of our other tenants we do not advertise the address. Security deposit is $1,000.00 and monthly rent is $1,100 with trash included - utilities (water and electricity) are separate. We do require background checks.
