Nothing but water in the toilets please (for example no tampons, wet wipes, condoms, etc.) Make sure whatever hand soap/ cleaning supplies/ or you use for bath is septic safe. Possible noise-It is by a railroad that I have never heard blow it's horn. All new the appliances which are included in this rental are as follows: New Oven, Microwave, and Compact Fridge. It is on a septic system so you ONLY flush toilet paper or throw toilet paper in the bin. Tenants are responsible for electric/gas/wifi etc. Water bill we be added to your rent each month (Invoice will be sent to you before your monthly payment is due) There is no washing machine or dryer nor will one be installed as a forewarning. Pets are not permitted. References and rental history are required as well as current employment check. No smoking allowed indoors--OUTSIDE IS PERMITTED dispose of cigarettes properly. First month and security deposit is required upon move in. We are hoping for October 15th move in date but could be sooner or later.
