This Little Havana apartment has a parking space included. The two bedrooms are at opposite ends, so each visitor can have their own private area. Each room includes a private working desk. The living room comes equipped with a queen-sized sofa bed. The kitchen and bathroom are equipped for 6 people. Perfect for vacation travelers, remote workers, and families. Coin laundry is available on-site. This unit comes equipped with a gaming device (classic games) and board games to enjoy while traveling with your family members. We offer a simple and contactless check-in process with the use of electronic/smart locks. You will enjoy ample space, a warm and relaxed atmosphere, antique hardwood floors, accent colors, adjustable A/C, and smart TV. PETS: Pet friendly units. An extra $250 refundable (per pet) will be charged to cover any type of eventual damage. Likewise, a non-refundable $99 pet cleaning fee will be requested that must be paid before the check in. Guest pets must be always leashed when outside of the unit (visitor pets included). NO SMOKING: Strictly forbidden to smoke inside the unit. It's for your safety and that of the other guests. Evidence of smoking inside the building may result in the non-return of the security deposit or a penalty may be charged. NOISE: Thoughtfulness is appreciated and expected. Noisy or disorderly conduct or disturbing other residents will not be allowed. GARBAGE: A $75 cleaning fee will be charged once for having excess garbage. Please leave the kitchen, utensils, and the areas of the apartment free of garbage. TOILET USE: Throw sanitary waste along with toilet paper in the bin. Do not throw the trash/paper towels in the toilet. In case of evidence of misuse of the toilet, the repair work must be paid by the guest without exception.
