Its still a wonderful 3 bedroom home with two full bathrooms. Right around 1200 sq ft with a fenced yard. New siding as of last year (that bad hail storm really did a number on the house) new hot water heater, new stove and new blower motor in the furnace. There are a few reasons I'm selling the house but the biggest reason is that my family out grew the house. Apparently kids like to have their own room instead of sharing, who knew! This is a great starter home for any family or anyone looking to purchase a home instead of renting. The only downfall is that you have to get approved by Hillside village in Lockwood as there is lot rent fee of 250 a month. In reality its not that bad as other places in town are charging 300 or more a month. Just to sweeten the deal I am willing to leave my wash and dryer and any furniture or electronics that are currently in the house.
