This house is located on a nice, quiet, low-to-medium-traffic block with nice neighbors, yet is just minutes to I 90-94, shopping, and great restaurants. You: A responsible, clean-living, mature-acting resident(s) who will respect the house and the surrounding neighbors. If you have good, fair, or even less than perfect credit that is okay, but if you are a deadbeat who will not pay you're your bills and/or has a history of stiffing your landlords, let's not even waste each other's time, as I will check both your credit and personal background history. This home is nice-sized (over 1,150 sq ft.), gets great natural light, and has many other nice qualities and features I will note as we go further. This home has been freshly painted and updated with new floors, remodeled kitchen and Bath, lighting, and more. The huge rear deck and even larger backyard are perfect for summer cook-outs, gatherings or just relaxing for the evening. The awesome 2+car garage can fit two-full sized cars or SUV's with plenty of extra room for storage, or even a nice-sized work area with a work bench for your hobbies. This home has a high-efficiency gas forced central heating and cooling. Now for the specifics: The monthly rent is $1950 which will be due promptly on the first of each month. If your credit is good to excellent, I will only require the first month's rent on or before you take possession. If it is a little below par I will probably ask for first and last month's rent before you take possession. A completed leasing application (Zillow applicant screening would be acceptable) is strongly preferred. The security deposit is $2350, and the credit and background application fee is $45 per adult occupant (yes, I will check this) . All occupants must be disclosed at the time of application. All utilities will be your responsibility. We will be responsible for lawn maintenance and snow removal. We are not enrolled in the Section 8 program.
