Our one bedroom place located in Cardiff by the Sea and is only a 4 minute walk to the beach. Also close by is Seaside market and great places to eat and shop. Looking for someone clean and quiet to rent our one bedroom place here in Cardiff. Prefer that the tenant does not work from home and also only looking for one person to rent. The living space is all tile and hard flooring throughout. There is a french door that opens up to a small patio on the side of the house where a small table and a couple chairs could be situated. It is situated on the first floor of a duplex where the landlord is living upstairs. It has a utility room for a washer and dryer. There is a single space for off street parking on the front driveway. - A small dog is ok (approx. 25 lb or less). A cat is ok. - Water, gas and electric utilities are included. - A single space is provided for parking. - Tenant required to have own renter's insurance policy. - Credit and background checks will be part of the application process. - Income requirement is about 3x the montly rent. Proof of income will be required. - No smoking, No drugs
