Renter is responsible for gas and electric. Security deposit is due at signing. Cats are welcome, with a monthly pet fee ($25/month per cat. 2 cats max) Owner is responsible for cleanliness of common areas. Owner is responsible for lawn care & snow removal. No smoking of any kind is allowed. Must not have any evictions.
