The studio has dark floors, a gas range for those who like to cook, in unit washer and dryer, and a large walk-in closet for clothing as well as a smaller linen/utilities closet. The unit also has an entry hallway which is nice since it separates the living space from the bathroom and kitchen a bit. I really like the building. The gym is small, but I go 2-3 times a week and never wait for a machine or weights unless it's Sunday afternoon. And even then, people are really great about sharing space and equipment. My unit is VERY quiet when it comes to neighbors. I never hear any noise from anyone else unless they are chatting with someone in the hallway AND I'm in the entryway. My unit's windows ARE on the street side though, so sometimes there are early morning deliveries and truck sounds. They are significantly muted with the window closed, but I like having the window cracked most of the time. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they get to know who you are very fast. Once they know your quirks, they are good at anticipating your needs. The building has a lap pool, a gym, and complimentary breakfast on weekday mornings. Utilities usually run $50 a month. I landed a job in another city and need to rent my lovely studio before I head out. You would be taking over the remainder of my lease with an option to renew once the term is up in May, so you'll have to pass a background/credit check.
