My roommate and I are looking to sublease our apartment for two months from July 2nd - Sept 1st. If you are looking to stay longer, the lease can be renewed for additional months. The apartment has a gated entrance, fireplace, dishwasher, A/C, and balcony. There are multiple washing machines and dryers on each floor. There is also a rooftop area with tables and lounge chairs. It's within walking distance of Century City mall, less than 10 minutes away from UCLA, and close to both the 10 freeway and the 405 freeway. The rent includes two tandem, garaged parking spaces. The utilities are not included with the rent. The new tenants will receive our original $400 security deposit at the end of the lease.
