Master bathroom has a walk-in shower and his-and-her sinks. Only the front half of the lot is clear, with a wall of areca palls in front, there is plenty of room out back for an in-law suite. Water-heater, oven/stove-top and dryer are gas, though outlets exist if you want to go electric. Enjoy privacy, while being a mile from Palm Bay Hospital, I-95, Publix, CVS, and Walmart.
