Even though we've grown out of the house, we've stayed because of the neighbors in our neighborhood. It is at the end of 2 dead-end roads, the cul-de-sac is a great place for kids. We don't have any formal CC&R's in the neighborhood, because we've always had respectful families living in the neighborhood. The location is ideal to SR-167 and the new Kent Station.
