The room has French doors that open out to the backyard, which you can turn into your own outdoor space/garden area. Please note there is no kitchenette in the room, but there is a bbq and cooking can be done outside on a camping stove if needed. It's ideal for those who don't cook or only use a microwave to heat food. The room has a small refrigerator and portable A/C... The house: Located in a nice neighborhood by the Riverview golf course. It's within a short distance of Santa Ana College, Main Place Mall, the Block in Orange, and the Floral Park neighborhood. It has front and back yard, street parking, utilities included, onsite washer/dryer/Internet/kitchen use... My sister and parents live in the main house. One-month security deposit is required.
