Renter is responsible for utilities such as water, Gas electricity. There will be an optional additional fee for lawn militance this will include grass being cut every 2 weeks along with edging and weed maintenance. This is optional but renter will have to provide lawn care services and upkeep lawn for the duration of the lease. Renter is also required to obtain renter insurance before move in date and is required to maintain it for the duration of the lease.
