Each apartment comes with its own extra storage closet. Apartment 3E is an upper level unit on the east side of the building. This unit is a split-level with the kitchen, living room, half bath, and a smaller bedroom/office on the main level. Two larger bedrooms and the full bath are on the upper level, and the last bedroom is between just off the stairs. Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent, with at least half due at lease signing. We can setup a payment plan to cover the remaining security and any pet deposits. Since we don t have any application process, all our places are rented on a first-come, first-served basis.
