Tenant pays for all other bills - water, sewer, electric and cable (if wanted) are tenant's responsibility. Tenant responsible for snow removal, mowing, string trimming. Renter's insurance required. Looking for tenant that can move in quickly. Minimum monthly gross income of three times the rent ($4,200) is required. Application process will include income, background, credit and eviction check. I won't rent to anyone who is in the process of being evicted or who has been evicted. Depending on application, low credit score may be accepted with additional deposit. No smoking in house or other structures. One pet allowed with extra $500 refundable security deposit and $30 per month pet fee. Dogs that weigh less than 30 pounds at maturity may be accepted; breed restrictions apply. (Landlord may want to meet the dog.) One cat is okay.
