Properties in this neighborhood are generally good quality and in good condition, with some being very good. Most properties have garages that are attached and feature 2-car to 3-car garage stalls. There is also properties that feature 3-car garages with shop space or instances where property owners have the adjacent lot and haveconstructed a detached shop/garage, both of which are not considered over-improved. Traffic is minimal and generally comprised of residents with no through traffic. Schools are within walking distance, but the area is covered by district buses.
