This unit is close to the Marta bus stop (Macon Dr. with Lakewood Ave. bus 42) making travel to and from the city for work, leisure, etc. easy. Internet, electricity, water, garbage, and parking is included with monthly rent. Tenet Must maintain the unit to be clean and free of garbage within and outside of unit. We have city come weekly to pick up garbage so bags must be in designated trash bin. Must have two forms of reference from relatives or formal employeer to be considered for leasing. Lease duration is one year. You may renew if you behavior was acceptably during your stay. No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or drugs are accepted.
