In addition to the convenient location, the home is backed by Alpine Park which assures privacy and constancy. Additionally, there are woods across the street in front owned by Monroeville. The windows are easily cared for; they fold in for cleaning. The back yard is fully fenced. The neighbors are friendly on both sides. Neighborhood Description It's a quiet neighborhood where you occasionally see your neighbors walking their dogs. The speed limit is 25mph, but some people will routinely drive 30-35 mph, which isn't an uncomfortable speed when you're driving on Alpine Village, and they tend to slow down for folks walking dogs (or kids, or just themselves), or for cars parked in the road temporarily. The highest-traffic road (Alpine Village) feels pretty light on traffic, so it's not so bad. It's easy to pull out of your driveway safely in the mornings to get to work. On some mornings you can hear (or see) the wild turkeys that roam the neighborhood. You'll occasionally find a deer or two in Alpine Park. The road gets salted pretty decently, so it's safe in the winter, too.
