    Beautiful fully furnished home available for a six month rental in Armory Park, just a few blocks from all the fun of downtown. Available starting June 1 (or even a couple days before) through November 30. Three bedrooms, with a couple additional sleeping areas. Three bathrooms, including one with a beautiful tiled shower and one with a deluxe bathtub. Extensive library. Large fenced backyard and lovely front yard cactus garden. Two porches, one out front on the first floor and one off the back of the house on the second floor, both with comfy couches. Washer/dryer in basement. Dishwasher in kitchen. High ceilings. Wood floors. Big windows. Dog (but not cat, sorry, this is due to allergies) friendly. We may be willing to negotiate a little on rent depending on number of occupants, willingness to care for plants and garden, whether there are pets, etc. This is our home, we're just going to be away for six months, so if you are interested, please send me a massage telling me a little bit about yourself, why you're looking for a furnished six month rental and why you think this would be a good fit. Applications or messages without a note from you containing this information will not get a response. Occupants must be extremely responsible, tidy and quiet. There is an apartment off one side of the house, the tenant there is very quiet and rarely seen. Tenants will share basement laundry room and ample basement storage space. On street permitted parking. We can discuss whether to establish a set fee for utilities (water, internet, electricity, gas) or whether to send a bill for these expense as the utility companies send their bills. No smoking. We have a television and solid internet for working/streaming shows.
