    What's special

Available starting October 15th. FANTASTIC apartment for roommates, couples or small families. Things we love about the building? In no particular order: 1. Everyone in the building, super and maintenance, are so amazing. Helpful and kind. 2. The apartment is super sunny! 3. It's on the 5th floor, and isn't on the street, so it's very quiet, and you aren't looking out at a brick wall. 4. Elevator building with a gym! 5. Super close to drug stores, grocery stores, restaurants, subways, buses, etc. It really is a prime location. 6. All the closets have over head storage which is SUPER deep. In the bedrooms you could easily fit 4 international luggage bags up there. In the hallways you could probably fit at least 2 pieces of luggage, maybe even 3. 7. The building also offers storage, so there's not a storage problem in this apartment. 8. Both bedrooms have great closets and can fit queen size beds + furniture. Both bedrooms are also on the corner, so they are both flooded with light. 9. The super and maintenance guys are very responsive. If you need something, they're there in a few minutes and they're very honest and hard workers. 10. It is a prewar apartment with character!! App screening charge of $550. No Broker Fee!!
