Spacious loft on Springfield's historic Commercial Street. Only a couple blocks away from a local farmer's market, as well as dozens of coffee shops, restaurants, and other local businesses. Included in our rental property is a washer and dryer, wifi, and plentiful street parking in front or behind the building. Not included in rent is utilities, paid directly to the City. We also use an online payment platform, making auto-payments easy and accessible. Renter is responsible for gas and electric utilities, although we provide free wifi. We're looking for year-long leases, but can easily renew for people looking to stay multiple years. One of the owners works in the barber shop on the first floor, and is usually around for emergencies and maintenance calls. We rarely charge fees for maintenance.
