Short, 5-min walk to downtown New Haven, close to Yale, trains and hospitals, with the picturesque Wooster Square Park and a year-round Farmers' Market just steps away, and a big private yard (!) shared with the sweet and respectful upstairs neighbours. The apartment has gleaming hardwood floors, lots of windows with an open floor plan, high ceilings, a massive living room, from which the kitchen (with stone countertops and a convenient chopping block, dishwasher, fridge stove, and microwave) is half-separated by a beautiful curved wall. Bathroom is tiled and spacious with a washer/dryer, shower, plus a bonus Japanese soaking tub. Each room is spacious: two of the three could easily fit king-size beds. The apartment has plenty of storage space (two main closets and a large closet in every room). It's located on a quiet quasi dead-end street, never had any trouble finding parking on the street. It was lovingly renovated with quality materials and attention to detail; the landlord and her partner are absolutely amazing and very responsive. *AVAILABLE TO VIEW FEB 26th OR AFTER* We are only leaving because we bought a house in another town, so we're looking for a lease takeover, either to the end of our term (end of August 2022) or you can renegotiate with the landlord for a longer term.
