    Good Day! I own and I am selling my Ranch Georgetown Town home in Wood Dale, IL "as-is". It is part of the Georgetown complex that includes a club house, pool, play ground, and expansive court yards. My move in ready 4 BR ranch model in the area just sold for 155K this month. The ranch town home has 4 bedrooms, and one bath. There is a full living room, dinning room, foyer, and two bedrooms on the 1st floor. The finished lower level includes two additional bedrooms, an additional family room area, and laundry room that is large enough to add a bath area. Our association Web site is below. We do have a club house and pool! http://www.mygwia.com/ Association Fee's are $210 a month. Most of the house has been updated, but is rough around the edges, which is why I am selling it "as-is". I recently had room mates, and they have moved out. Bath is only a couple years old. The Living Room/Dinning has hard dark laminate wood flooring. The rest of the house is carpet except foyer and kitchen. The back yard is completely fenced. 1/3 concrete Patio and the rest is grass. New fences were put in by the association about 5 years ago. The area is pet friendly. No garage, but two parking spots that are directly outside your door/fence. This is not the case for all units. Most the the essential amenities are within 1 mile. Grocery stores, Target, restaurants, parks, elementary school, bike path, and trails to name a few that are not a part of our association features. Near by areas - Itasca, Elk Grove Village, Addison, Schaumburg, Roselle, and Bensenville. We have owned this home since 2000. It really is a great community, with great neighbors! This is not a short sale, or anything of that nature. I have good credit. I am simply looking to cut out the middle man/woman to position myself for the future. A lawyer and title company works just fine. I have done transactions of this nature before. We both save in the end! I am asking $125K. Thank you for your time and consideration! Have a great day!
