Big Mountain Cedar CABIN and CHALET: This is a 3-level house built on a mountainside among large cedars and is divided into two separate, self-contained and private units: 1) This furnished rental is referred to as the "CABIN" and is this ground-level, walk-out daylight basement and includes queen bedroom, living/dining room, supplied kitchenette, full bath with 2 sinks, common area with two drop-down tables, private entrance with separate access, and private parking spot. This Cabin has access to the front porch. 2) The upper two levels are referred to as the "CHALET" and include the middle and 3rd levels of this mountain house and is occupied by the caretaker, owner, or visitors. Located in a private resort community with shared onsite amenities such as indoor pool, outdoor hot pool, private beach on Whitefish Lake, and more. If interested, send a message describing yourself, what you'll be doing during the rental period, how many in group [remember the rates start with solo renters, then additional rate per person thereafter with no more than three individuals max], how many vehicles, for how long, etc. RATE is for one solo renter. Additional renter adds $50/mth. PARKING: One vehicle permitted.in specific parking space in front of the entrance. No RVs, trailers, boats, etc. STORAGE: All you need is a suitcase as storage is limited to three closets. Absolutely nothing can be stored outside. RENT includes everything except 40% electric to be deducted from consecutive months with the final deduction coming out of the deposit. DEPOSIT is refundable within 30 days of departure, less electric share, any damage, and not following departure terms. DEPARTURE TERMS: Leave as found, clean anything used in the kitchenette and leave to dry, strip bedding and place with towels in basket provided, remove all trash, place anything moved to original location. QUIET TIME 10:00 p.m.: This private resort community has its own Rules and Regulations, and one of them is maintaining a quiet environment. NO PETS - NO CIGARETTE SMOKING - NO PARTIES - NO EXCEPTIONS ONSITE AMENITIES: Aquatics Facility one mile away with indoor pool, sauna, locker rooms, outdoor hot pool, bbq, picnic area, tennis. Also access to private beach with day dock on Whitefish Lake.
