    2x6 construction. Best lot for views in the ranch, in my humble opinion. 3 bedrooms plus a 14x15 ft office with cabinets. The master bedroom has 2 bathrooms. one with a shower, the other with a tub and shower. Master is huge, 420 square feet. It includes oak furniture and a dry sauna. This is an open floor plan. The yard that is fenced in has a very large dog or sulcata tortoise house with heat lamps. The electricity is by APS. There is one air conditioning unit that works very well to heat and cool. There is no water service. You will get our water wagon included in this price. We have a UTV Polaris you might want at an additional price as well as an older tractor with a backhoe and bucket and a small Kubota tractor. There are 3 accessory buildings on the property which were all approved by Gila County. There is a Property Owners Association. Because we have two lots the fees are 250 x 2 = 500 a year. Fees are for maintaining the rugged roads. We will give you access to our water lot that has a 2 inch water main. It fills up the water wagon in a short, less than 10 minutes. If you want to live rural, you just found your place. Quiet at night, hoot owls hooting , many bunny rabbits, quail.....You will be very happy. I only ask that you continue to feed the birdies. Selling because of health reasons. Photos to follow. The road to our home is Black Peak. It is somewhat treacherous at night with no guard rails. There are no neighbors very close yet. They enjoy hunting, fishing, ect. We do not relate. Therefore, our home is for sale. Rich and I do NOT fit in with this community. We have owned this property since 2005 and have not really lived here as it was suppose to be a go away to get away.
